The Brand is a supervillain who fights Batman and Robin in Gotham City. His crimes have an "old west" theme, and he dresses up like a cowboy. His main gimmick is using cattle brands. He uses cattle brands as weapons, and leaves them behind as clues to his future crimes. The Brand was created by Bill Finger and Sheldon Moldoff, first appearing in Batman #137. (1961)
