Claudia Patterson is the sister of Celine Patterson.

History

When her sister turned into an insectoid creature she tries to give her a superhero name that was less threatening then her appearance so they decide on Skitter. Claudia told everyone that Celine moved to another city and gave an interview to TV reporting having seen the creature. This caught the attention of Red Robin, who saw that she was lying and found out about Celine. Claudia then revealed to him that she told the "government" the truth about her sister. Eventually, Celine leaves Claudia and family to join the Teen Titans.
