Corky Baxter is a member of the Time Masters, a team of time travelers founded by Rip Hunter. He is the younger brother of Bonnie, who is also on the team. Corky is the assistant to Hunter and possesses a meager understanding of temporal mechanics and historiography.
Corky Baxter was created by Jack Miller and Ruben Moreira, first appearing in Showcase #20 (1959).
