The C.E.E.N. is device created by Michael Holt, capable of absorbing the kinetic energy released during seismic tremors and can also release all energy that is stored on it.
History
The device is installed in the Conscientia Institute for seismological studies and is also responsible for maintaining the structural cohesion of the whole complex.
