There have been several characters in the DC Universe to call themselves Dust Devils. The original group known as Dust Devils were aliens who battled Adam Strange. There was a tornado-generating metahuman hero named Moshe Levy who took this name as a member of the Blasters. The second Dust Devil is a member of the evil Masters of Disaster. The Top 10 universe has a police officer who uses this alias named Duane Bodine. The Dust Devils were created by Gardner Fox and Carmine Infantino, first appearing in Mystery in Space #68. (1961)
