Earth-19 is one of the fifty-one divergent realities that branched from the core New Earth reality during the recreation of the Multiverse shortly following the events of Infinite Crisis. In this universe, Earth is still in the Industrial Revolution. This alternate world has its own version of Gotham City, complete with steampunk versions of Batman and his villains gallery.
