Emil Bork was an arms dealer who was an enemy of Peacemaker.

History

Bork sold arms and war vehicles to two warring countries in South America, playing both sides of the war and having men on both sides working for him and fueling the flames of tension between the two nations. He unsuccessfully attempted to have ambassador Christopher Smith assassinated in Switzerland and met him a day later at an embassy dinner as a peace conference advisor. Later, an individual known as the Peacemaker attacked his private retreat in the Alps. However, Bork was able to escape in his fighter jet, but not without a brief fight, which ended in his victory.

Later, Bork went to the office of General Lecoyo of a South American nation, who informed their president that Bork had arrived. Bork ordered Lecoyo to tell his president to schedule a dinner for that night and invite all the ambassadors in the capital city. Later, he told one of his subordinates to dynamite the American embassy and frame the bombing on their neighboring nation to the south. Later, at the dinner, Bork encountered Smith once again, making him suspicious. Meanwhile, Bork met with the president of the country, who offered him the rights to the tin and uranium mines in exchange for fifty modern bombers. At the same time, Bork's men had bombed the American embassy in the country. Bork got into a helicopter and ordered them to open fire on Smith as he saw him. As Bork flew in the helicopter, he watched from above as the two nations prepared to go to war with each other. As soon as he saw the Peacemaker following him, he ordered his man Operative 7 to launch missiles at the Peacemaker, but instead the missiles hit his jet, killing him.
