The Executrix was an enemy of Superman, Batman and Green Arrow.
History
The Executrix worked as an enforcer for the Wall Street Irregulars, a group of rogue financiers. They had hopes of seizing economic and political control of Star City and hired Executrix to deal with Green Arrow, but she failed and so did they.
She was hired by corrupt executives of Metrosteel to assassinate Ron Page, a whistleblower that was about to reveal the company's dangerous cost-cutting practices. She got some of his associates but was prevented from killing Page by Batman. She abducted him from a train and was about to kill him on a bridge when Batman again interfered. He knocked Executrix into the river, and she was saved from drowning by Superman.
