Wally West leaves the apartment to begin his patrol as Flash. Thinker sends tendrils out through Linda Park's laptop computer to expand his memory using Linda's brain. Flash looks and sees Mirror Master has trapped the police and Cyborg in the glass of the door. Flash runs to the Flash Museum and Weather Wizard destroys a building with a flash of lightning. When the smoke clears the new Rogues are assembled: Blacksmith, Girder, Magenta, Trickster, Weather Wizard, Mirror Master and Murmur.
