Synopsis for "The Black Death"

Wally West, Jay Garrick, and Bart Allen try to stop Vandal Savage from bringing an asteroid crashing down on earth in order to give himself more power and to let him rule the world. Savage has given his followers super powers. Wally has Jay keep an eye on Linda and Wally's twin babies, and Bart helps to keep down panic in Keystone City. Wally himself goes after Savage, but he is brought down by Savage's super-powered followers.
