Frostbite is a name that has been used by several characters in the DC Universe. The most notable is Leon Carver, a member of the team DV8 in the Wildstorm Universe. His power is temperature manipulation. Frostbite was created by Jim Lee, Brandon Choi, and J. Scott Campbell, first appearing in Gen 13 (Volume 2) #6. (1995)
