Gen 13 Bootleg #9 is an issue of the series Gen 13 Bootleg (Volume 1) with a cover date of July, 1997.

Synopsis for "Grunge: The Movie Part 2"

Roxy is unimpressed with Grunge’s movie idea thus far and dismisses it as mindless violence. As the two get lunch, he tells her the next scene features his, her, and Caitlin’s characters in a nude shower scene. Roxy suggests a love scene, and Grunge dismisses it, mocking her taste for romance films. He then describes a racy make-out scene with her and Caitlin’s characters dressed in skimpy lingerie. Just then, armed gangsters (played by the WildC.A.T.s) sent by the Big Boss burst in. Grunge’s character distracts them by turning on a TV, and then he and the girls open fire, massacring the gangsters.  A second wave of hoodlums attacks (played by Wetworks, Grifter, Backlash, Dingo, Taboo, and Deathblow), forcing the three heroes into a running gun battle. The girls shoot and kill them all while Grunge’s character uses skillful gunplay to shoot and kill a third gangster squad (played by Cybernary, Union, and Stormwatch). He and the two girls stand victorious and resume making out before shooting and killing the last gunman (played by Emp). Roxy ridicules this all as a rip-off of Quentin Tarantino movies, but Grunge insists it is rather a homage.
