Synopsis for "Meanwhile"

Multi-armed TAO henchman Obidiah Olsen wakes up from a dream in which Gen 13 battles various supervillains only to unmask as villains themselves.  As he eats breakfast, Olsen recalls TAO promising to pay him in exchange for killing Gen 13.  He needs the money as he owes multiple debts:  to the phone company, to his landlady, to a dry cleaner, and gambling debts to the mob.  He sets up to shoot Fairchild as she leaves Gen 13’s hotel home but decides not to thinking her invulnerability will protect her.  Afterward, he visits the night club where he first met Dilemma who, working for TAO, seduced him and transformed him into a superhuman.  As he sits on a park bench, Grunge accidentally strikes him during a skateboarding move and apologizes.  Olsen walks away enraged but is then dragged into alley and beaten by mobsters.  Just as they are about to kill him, their heads explode.  Olsen awakens seated at a table with Dilemma and Bedbug.  Olsen thinks TAO has gathered them, but they soon learn their host is actually Threshold.  Not recognizing him, the three start to leave.  Threshold stops them by controlling their minds and tells them they now work for him without question.
