Synopsis for "Sinestro's Law, Part 4: The Fear Engine"

Sinestro Corps members bring Guy Gardener to their leader. Sinestro lashes out at them, as he had ordered them to capture Hal Jordan instead. He then realizes that if Guy has returned, then the other Green Lantern Corps members have as well. Sinestro smashes him with a construct of a giant yellow fist.

Elsewhere, Soranik Natu operates on Hal.

Back on Warworld, Strafe and his Sinestro Corps teammates return with prisoners from planet Chall'enn. He explains that he allowed Soranik to take Hal because she claimed to have orders from her father. Sinestro responds by killing Strafe. He also states that the Corps members were only supposed to capture strong and hardy prisoners. He commands Kryb to return the captured children to their planet.

Guy awakens and meets Administer Lash. Sinestro joins them, and explains the purpose of the Fear Engine. It instills terror in its victims, then extracts that fear energy to power the Sinestro Corps. Sinestro demands that Guy tell him the location of the Green Lantern Corps, and threatens torture.

On Mogo, John Stewart rallies the Green Lantern Corps to search for Guy.
