Synopsis for "After the Cat"

A notorious burglar known only as the Cat stalks the town of Elmond. Hawk and Dove learn of the criminal's activities and take their own separate approaches towards capturing him. Hawk manages to track the thief down and engages in a violent fight with him. However, their battle causes massive property damage hindering the brothers' already-tumultuous reputation within the community. Local police officers get involved and Dove attempts to prevent a violent exchange of gunfire between the cops and the Cat. His efforts are in vain however as the Cat is brought down by a police officer's bullet.

Synopsis for "Twice Burned!"

A man named John Kieves borrows money from a loan shark named Karl Casimer. When he fails to repay the debt however, Casimer sends his enforcers to put some pressure on him. The thugs brutally beat on John and threaten him to pay up. John's son, Mark, decides to take revenge for his family's misfortune by going after Casimer. The super-hero known as Dove convinces Mark that such a route could only lead to more trouble. While Dove deals with the angry Mark, his brother, Hawk goes after Casimer's crew directly. He tangles with the mobsters and ultimately wins the day. Elmond police officers arrive and take the criminals into custody.

  • According to The Official Teen Titans Index #2, Linda Kieves makes a possible appearance as Hawk's wife in The Brave and the Bold #181. Whether the Linda Hall featured in that issue is the same character as Linda Kieves has yet to be confirmed.
