Synopsis for "It"

Across North America, a catastrophic sleep epidemic grips almost all of humanity. Only a handful of superheroes and the town of Blue Valley. The JLA groups at the Justice League Watchtower where they meet Sandman who explains that an ancient power has come to Earth to pillage its resources. He offers to take several of the heroes into the Dreaming to see if they can fulfill the dreams of a little boy who remembers them when the rest of the world has fallen under the thrall of this alien creature.

In the waking world, Batman and Martian Manhunter realize that Blue Valley was the setting of Starro's last invasion.[1] Batman dissects a star-probe from that the League saved from that event.

In the Dreaming, Superman is remembered by the child Mikey Haney and calls to him for help but he and Wonder Woman have lost their powers, so they must rely on Green Lantern Kyle Rayner to use his "wishing ring" to guide them.

On Earth, the Martian Manhunter discovers that Starro has arrived on Earth and takes up the entirety of Hudson Bay.
