Synopsis for "World Without Grown-Ups"

Matthew Stuart is a spoiled brat throwing a fit on his 13th birthday. He's upset when his dad gives him an ancient Atlantean artifact instead of a Playtendo, but he discovers the artifact contains the power of a god. Matt breaks it open and becomes the powerful Bedlam, and immediately sends all the adults to a parallel world.

Chaos quickly breaks out on the world of kids, and Robin, Superboy and Impulse team up to try to figure out what happened. They discover a broadcast sent by Billy Batson, and go find him at a TV station in Fawcett City. Robin asks Billy to transform into Captain Marvel, but Billy's worried that if he does so, he'll disappear or die like the other adults. They then notice the weather satellite picking up strange activity in Happy Harbor, Rhode Island, so Robin, Superboy and Impulse leave Billy to go check it out.
