Jonny Double is an ex-cop who works as a private investigator in San Francisco. He tries to become a champion of the disadvantaged, using his combat expertise and detective skills. His speech is characterized by outdated dialogue, and he has an obsession with past American counter-culture. Jonny Double was created by Len Wein and Marv Wolfman, first appearing in Showcase #78.
