The second Attila was Julie Carmody, the daughter of George Crystal, the first Attila.
History
Although she had originally had a peaceful life, marrying the man of her dreams, she became very hateful and bitter in the wake of her father's death, blaming the Thanagarian heroes Hawkman and Hawkwoman for the tragedy. In order to get revenge on them both, she willingly let her spirit enter the Attila armor, and attacked the heroes.
In the end, Carmody's spirit was driven back into her body, and the Attila robot was at last taken into protective custody, where it remained. Carmody herself was arrested and sent to psychiatric care.
