The new Justice League is a group of heroes that possibly forms after Superman's or Brainiac's defeat depending on the events that proceed to it.

In one scenario, the League would form had Martian Manhunter defeated Superman and destroyed his regime.[6]

If either Batman[1], Blue Beetle[2], Harley Quinn[3], Supergirl[5], or Sub-Zero[4] is the one to take down Brainiac, the League will form.
