Kahara was the last known refuge of an insane inventor, known only as "Leonardo da Vinci" in the early 1950s.
History
In the early 1950s, the remote, mountainous, republic of Kahara was the site of a series of battles between an insane inventor calling himself Leonardo da Vinci, and his Rocketmen, versus the world-famous Blackhawk Squadron. Both sides made use of extremely eccentric equipment and tactics, and at the end of the fighting, "Da Vinci" had been shot down in flames.
