Loose Cannon is a metahuman vigilante who grows in strength and size as he gets angrier. He is a clear homage to the Marvel Comics character "The Hulk." In his civilian identity he is Eddie Walker, a crippled detective working with the MSCU. He developed powers during Bloodlines when his meta-gene was released by a parasite, making him one of the New Bloods. He has also been a member of the Blood Pack. In the New 52 reboot, he is a villain who fights the Teen Titans. Loose Cannon was created by Jeph Loeb and Lee Moder, first appearing in Action Comics Annual #5. (1993)
