Mourn is an assassin affliated with Shadowspire.
History
Mourn confronted Deathstroke when he was searching a computer to find out information on the Operation Borgia. He knocked Deathstroke out of a window and killed Dr. Macklin with the Borgia Phage before escaping. Later while he was planting a bomb in the subway, he fought Deathstroke again, and was killed after Deathstroke destroyed the holographic circuit shot him several times in the chest. Unfortunately, he had already armed the bomb prior to the fight and it detonated, destroying the capitol.
