The Cyclotronic Man is Ned Creegan, a jewel thief who gained powers after being accidentally exposed to an radioactive material known as "purple light ray", by the rogue scientist Dr. Logan. The ray made Creegan's skin transparent so that only his skeleton was visible, and granted him radiation-based energy powers. He was originally known as Bag O' Bones when he fought Batman and Robin, and later he became the One-Man Meltdown when he fought the Outsiders. After fighting Black Lightning and Superman, he adopted the codename Cyclotronic Man. He is also a member of The 100.
Cyclotronic Man was created by Gardner Fox and Sheldon Moldoff, first appearing in Batman #195 (1967).
