Night Force was an ongoing comic book series featuring Baron Winters and the Night Force. It was published from August of 1982 to September of 1983. The Night Force first appeared in a special preview in New Teen Titans #21. The series' creators, Marv Wolfman and Gene Colan, had previously worked together on Marvel Comics' long-running horror title The Tomb of Dracula.
According to an announcement in New Teen Titans #19, the series title was originally going to be The Dark Force.
