Seaboard City is the main location of the Justice Guild team on an Earth that exists in a parallel dimension apart from that of the Justice League, where it only exists as fantasy on the comic book pages of the Justice Guild adventures.

History

In 1962, Seaboard City was devastated by a missile attack that destroyed the Justice Guild. Ray Thompson, who had idolized the Justice Guild and developed mental abilities that allowed him to generate virtual-reality constructs from his mind, recreated Seaboard City as it appeared prior to its devastation along with the Justice Guild while trapping its remaining citizens in this fantasy recreation, preventing them from aging for 40 years. When the Justice League team appeared from their reality into that which the Justice Guild inhabited, they discovered the truth about the Justice Guild members and exposed it to their recreated selves. When Ray Thompson attacked the Justice League following this exposure, the recreated Justice Guild fought against Ray and incapacitated him, causing the team to vanish and to restore Seaboard City back to its original devastated appearance. With its citizens now free of Ray Thompson's control, they are now able to rebuild their city from scratch.
