Wilson was solicited by corrupt billionaire Lex Luthor, who proposed that they form a counter league as a response to the Justice League, an enemy organization of superheroes. [1]

  • Manganiello in an interview in March 2021 stated that in the cancelled version of The Batman directed by Ben Affleck and Matt Reeves, Deathstroke and Batman would have been shown to have trained alongside each other under the League of Assassins in their youth.[3]
    • The movie would have also marked the debut of Batgirl in DCEU, as she would join forces with Batman against Slade.[4] In addition, Deathstroke would have also been responsible for killing some of the regular supporting characters of Batman stories.[5]
