Synopsis for "Rogues"
Amanda Waller goes to Washington DC to talk with Tolliver. She uses her blackmail from Checkmate to counter blackmail Derek Tolliver so she won't help Senator Cray get elected. She states that whatever the blackmail is, he could get 20 years in jail if she exposes her document. In Belle Reve, Eve Eden tries to talk to Rick Flag. His mental state is horrible and Eve Eden gets the idea that Rick Flag will go to a mission soon. She confronts him with the fact tat when Rick Flag's father sacrificed his life, he decided to not use emergency ejection. Rick Flag emotionally distances himself from her and leaves the room. As Eve Eden leaves the room, June Moon has a pistol pointing to Eve. The guard Murph is in the same hallway. June shoots a bullet at Eve and Murph shoots June and calls in the medical team.
Amanda Waller comes back to Belle Reve. She is pied in the face. She believes this is Captain Boomerang's fault and calls for him. He is immediately pied so she strikes him out of being the perpetrator. Amanda learns about June and Nightshade's situation. Amanda Waller talks to Eve before she gets surgery. Eve tells Amanda to not send Rick Flag on a mission. Amanda Waller never sent him on a mission and tries to find him. Rick Flag took a fighter plane from the garage and the mechanics allowed this because it was standard operating procedure. Amanda is worried about what he will do.
In Washington DC, Tolliver decides to kill Senator Cray. Before he leaves his office, Jack Flag comes and shoots Tolliver before Tolliver can explain the situation. The last panel shows Rick Flag quickly leaving and a fax that exposes existence of the Suicide Squad.

Synopsis for "Deadly Perspective"
Bronze Tiger has been given a mission by Amanda Waller to kill or capture an assassin named Neiko. He is a man who states he lives by Bushido. Neiko had been hired to kill drug kingpin Louis Daniel DeMarco. The other assassination target is Jules Santiago who is the democratic opposition leader to a military dictatorship. Amanda Waller wants Bronze Tiger to kill or capture Neiko after the death of the drug kingpin but before the death of the democratic leader. Bronze Tiger used the death of the Kingpin to understand the limits of Neiko. He attempts to sneak in darkness to attack him off guard. The two fight and when Bronze Tiger has the capability of killing Neiko, he insists that Neiko uses his Bushido code to trade he life of Neiko for the life of Jules Santiago. Neiko promises to fight Bronze Tiger again and agrees to not fulfill his contract.
