Superman Adventures #32 is an issue of the series Superman Adventures (Volume 1) with a cover date of June, 1999.

Synopsis for "Sullivan's Girlfriend, Lois Lane"

A man dressed in a fancy suit walks into the Daily Planet and hypnotizes a security guard, looking for Perry White. On another floor, Lois walks by Ben, a maintenance worker, who is so charmed by her that he keeps a photo of her in his room.

As Perry checks the safe, the man from before hypnotizes him into forgetting everything about a wanted murderer, who has hired him to eliminate the evidence. Just then, Lois distracts him, but is mesmerized as well. Superman crashes through the window and starts fighting the villain, who calls himself the Commander. However, Superman is immune to his hypno-surge, forcing the Commander to surrender. Meanwhile, Ben and Lois are hiding under a desk, but she forgets who she was, so Ben tells her she is his girlfriend.

The next day, the two go on a date, surprising everyone. At the Metro Jail, the Commander breaks out using his pre-planted suggestions and retrieves his suit from S.T.A.R. Labs. The Commander makes some soldiers fall off a cliff, but Superman saves them, while Lois hits the Commander with a chair.

Later, Clark has a talk with Ben, leading to him releasing Lois from her trance. Afterwards, Lois becomes angry at Ben for using her, and Ben resigns to dreaming of her.
