Taboo is a hero in the Wildstorm Universe. Her powers come from a vampiric symbiote that is bonded to her as a bio-metallic suit. Later in her career, she became romantically involved with Backlash. She has been a member of The Cabal, Department PSI, and Wildcore. Taboo was created by Sean Ruffner, Jeff Mariotti, and Brett Booth, first appearing in the WildStorm publication Backlash #1. (1994)
