Synopsis for "Time to Kill"

Kid Devil was fighting Hardrock at the Dark Side Club, but abandoned the fight as he was winning due to Miss Martian using her telepathy to convince him to do so. Elsewhere, Wonder Girl and Ravager fought Persuader and Disruptor before the two Teen Titans and Blue Beetle joined Robin in fighting Clock King.

Kid Devil was thrown into a cell with Miss Martian and a brainwashed Fever. Miss Martian escaped with Kid Devil and promised to come back for the rest. Clock King used a device to stop time and convince her to leave the Teen Titans, although she destroyed his device before he disappeared and the team found themselves in the Pantheon in Rome. Meanwhile, Clock King, who was reunited with his fellow Terror Titans, lashed out at his teammates, but promised them "participation in the most beautiful display of pristine terror."

Back at the Titans Tower, the team worked on reconstruction. Miss Martian apologized to Kid Devil before telling him that Ravager was worried about him, much to his excitement. He rushed to her room, but found it empty. Rose had left the Titans Tower and teleported away with a device from Clock King.
