Synopsis for "Full Stop"

The Flash stood underneath a guillotine, as the Riddler showed Frye that he had Heat Wave incarcerated and considered using him to destroy the city, much to the surprise and disapproval of Trickster. The Riddler planned to execute the Flash on camera. Meanwhile, drones surrounded Wally's house. Wally did not want to do nothing as the Flash was to be executed, so he used his powers to attack the drones, drawing their attention, as well as that of the Riddler's. Much to the latter's surprise, the Riddler accused the Flash of being an impostor.

Trickster visited his former teammates, who were keeping Lisa company, and revealed the Riddler's plans and that he was keeping Heat Wave as his prisoner. The Flash arrived with Pied Piper and vouched for Trickster before re-calibrating the former Rogue's arm to not interfere with Lisa's powers. Trickster fired his arm at Lisa, causing her to recover and develop new powers. The Riddler's drones opened fire on civilians before the Flash arrived with the Pied Piper, as well as Captain Cold and Weather Wizard, while Trickster, Mirror Master, and Golden Glider freed Heat Wave.

When the Riddler learned that Trickster had betrayed him, he activated the bomb on his arm, so the latter took it off and placed it on the tube containing Heat Wave, causing an explosion, although Heat Wave and Trickster both survived, the latter with injuries. Mirror Master, Golden Glider, and Heat Wave joined the Flash, Pied Piper, and the rest of their team and the Scarlet Speedster used his speed to destroy all of his drones. Heat Wave wanted to burn the Riddler, although the Flash wanted the man in green to go to jail, instead. As the Flash turned over the Riddler to the CCPD, the Rogues believed that they would go back to being enemies with the Scarlet Speedster. Frye hoped that he could work with the Flash again before the latter went for a run, as the residents of Central City cheered for him.
