Synopsis for "As Ye Sow..."

In the middle of a battle with some Daemonites, Nemesis is confronted by Void who tells her about the end of the world. Void describes to Nemesis how others she has sent to the future were not able to help avert the disaster, but she sees Nemesis the perfect person who has the mindset to see, understand and prevent Armageddon. Nemesis agrees to go with Void. She is taken to a destroyed Los Angeles where Void leaves her to find out how it all happened.

Nemesis spots some survivors huddling around a fire and asks them for information. Instead, the survivors are revealed to be superhumans and they overpower her, seeking to steal her suit and turn her into a meal. Fortunately, she is rescued by Grifter and Zealot.

They take her back to the Halo Building and tell her about what caused the world's destruction. It happened suddenly in which a massive number of superhumans - some known, others unfamiliar, others half-remembered, and others long forgotten - all appeared at once from nowhere and fought across the planet before their unleashed energies turned Earth into a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Many baseline humans died in Armageddon and its fallout while the main survivors are post-humans. The Wildcats had been finding human survivors and sheltering them at the Halo Building. Spartan was badly damaged in which a superhuman exploded and unleashed an electromagnetic pulse that scrambled his systems, rendering him "ain't completely right in the head."

When they arrive at Halo they find it under attack by Majestic, who then effortlessly beat up the Wildcats. Grifter claims that Majestic has gone crazy, in which he has been raiding Halo for its technology and kidnapping survivors. But Majestic refute Grifter's claims, stating to the Wildcats and Nemesis that he is still trying to save the world. He reveals that he is currently building a "New Khera" on the Hawaiian Islands, a new society founded on the finest ideals of planet Khera without corruption, greed, prejudices, and politics. However, Majestic admits that he had made tough decisions to achieve his new society, in which he only allowed the "best and brightest" and not "undesirables," and he regard the Wildcats as an obstacle to his goals. He then asks Nemesis to join him and be together at last. But Nemesis refuses.

Nemesis reminds Majestic that she was once one of the "undesirables" back on Khera ages ago and she refutes Majestic's claims that he is rejecting the prejudices that corrupted their home planet, but instead "dressing them up in new clothes." But Majestic cannot accept his lover's rejection, stating that he needs pure-blooded Kheran females to perpetuate their species. The battle resumes and the Wildcats hold off Majestic until Void reappears. Upon seeing Void, Majestic fears not knowing the new Void's capabilities and he makes his retreat. Before Void takes Nemesis back to the present, Jodi tells Nemesis to find Savant who has what Nemesis needs.
