Synopsis for "Breaking Peace, Part Two: The One Man Army"
In the monitor room of Electric City, it is revealed that the faceless masked man that Nemesis impersonated has been captured by the young Blackhawk, Amanda Waller, and Peacemaker. They unmask him to find Rick Flag, Jr.. Flag apologizes to Waller, but then he and Waller are seemingly evaporated by a ray of strange energy. Smith and Blackhawk return to the others and remove Tom from the wheel. They ask the older man how he got the masked men to freeze, but he does not know. They decide to escape and the last remaining faceless masked man objects. They ignore him and Fire burns a hole out to another level. She flies through the hole with Cameron Chase and the Atomic Knight flies the others, Smith, Tom, and Blackhawk, behind her. They soon encounter the OMAC. The OMAC tells them that it is time they stopped this and that they are headed towards the wrong conclusion. The group attacks him, but Fire’s powers prove ineffective. So, they tell Chase to attempt to rob the being of his powers, but this too proves ineffective. Tom grabs Chase’s hand and tells her to close her eyes. As they close their eyes and open them again, they cycle through various confusing tableaus. Ultimately, they find a Cosmic Treadmill. She tells him that they are not getting out together and that he cannot use the device because he is not a speedster. Despite this, Tom convinces Chase to attempt to use it to escape. They run on it and again Tom wakes up back in his room with the three identical nurses.
