Synopsis for "Welcome to Smallville, Part 2"

Fire has filmed a video about a staged fight with Ambush Bug and has posted in on Fabgab, a social media website popular among kids. Unfortunately, the video has only gotten 38 viewers, compared to the 12 million views garnered by the video of Fire's fight with Guy Gardner in Baltimore. Bea continues to feel frustrated by her lack of popularity and tries to find ways to regain the spotlight. Ice's new friend, Rocky, comes to the Big Tease to pick Tora up for a visit to the bookstore.

Fire visits a bar run by Charlie, a man on a wheelchair. Fire confides in Charlie about her frustrations of falling off the spotlight and her struggles to get back into the superhero game and Charlie, revealing himself to be Rocky's sister, tells her to make content that inspires people. Sure enough, this gives Fire a new idea.

After buying lots of books, Rocky takes Ice to the Smallville Medical Center, where they hope to entertain sick children as a form of charity. Ice has fun helping people in ways that don't involve punching supervillains or even using her powers. She admits to Rocky that she only joined the Justice League was Fire's dream, but Ice herself doesn't know what her own dream is. She begins to consider the possibility that she wants a life with no superhero drama.

When she returns to the Big Tease, however, she finds that Fire has hired supervillains as part of a rehabilitation program. Fire explains that she has already talked to Superman about this but Ice doesn't think that inviting supervillains into their workplace is a good idea, especially because Fire is just using them to regain her popularity. Ice is also upset that Fire has set up cameras all over the Big Tease and the supervillains have been using the bathroom as a private booth to talk about their feelings.

A four-way fight begins between Fire, Ice, Lot's Wife and Miss Congeniality, but gets interrupted by the Big Tease's latest visitor: Jimmy Olsen.
