Synopsis for "Welcome to Smallville, Part 3"

Jimmy has arrived at the Big Tease to write a story about the second chances program Fire had opened for supervillains interested in turning their lives around. Tam distracts Jimmy so that Fire and Ice can have enough time to make the Big Tease look like it's running smoothly. Fire attempts to inspire the supervillains with an impassionate speech, but when that doesn't work she has to threaten them with violence. Beefeater, Gentleman Ghost, the King of Cats and Smarty Pants are told to stay upstairs, while Linka, Miss Congeniality and Honey are told to work as hair stylists for a while. Ice convinces to Maxie Zeus to hold a sink, which is just an excuse to keep him busy.

Fire attempts to contact Charlie, who has just arrived at the Big Tease for a haircut. Fire tells her "employees" to attend to Charlie, while she and Ice take Jimmy for a tour around the house. They show him the bathroom, which has been converted into a confessional, a place that people can use to talk about their feelings. Rocky has arrived at the Big Tease and finds the King of Cats' cats running all over the place. She tells Fire and Ice about a mysterious event that has caused the cows from a nearby farm to suddenly eat each other. Fire thinks that's just nonsense, but Ice explains that, in her homeland, there was a creature that cursed anyone that crossed paths with it to be consumed with devastating hunger and she thinks that this creature may have made its way to Smallville.

Unfortunately, the situation at the lobby has degenerated into a discussion and Charlie has been filming it the entire time. Fire locks herself up in the confessional to cry and Ice, under the suggestion of Tam, goes to talk to her. Fire is disappointed that her own efforts to improve their reputation have only made things worse, but Ice comforts her, saying that her heart is as big as her ambitions. Ice says that it's okay to want to be successful and recognized, and if this means a lot to Fire, Ice will stand by her. Fire thanks Ice for her support and go back to the lobby, only to find that Jimmy plans to write a human interest story about the Big Tease because Honey had used her powers and convinced him to be positive.

Before departing to Metropolis, Jimmy wants to take a photo of the Big Tease and her crew. Suddenly, a cat crawls next to his legs and triggers his allergy and he transforms into a giant turtle. Fire and Ice run upstairs to see if anybody got hurt. What they find, however, is not pleasant: Lot's Wife has suddenly eaten Beefeater and she can only say that she was hungry.
