Synopsis for "Welcome to Smallville, Part 4"

Ice and Rocky are cleaning the Big Tease after the disaster caused when Jimmy visited Smallville. According to Ice, Jimmy said that the Daily Planet would pay for the damages but first, he would need to get approval. Rocky asks why isn't Fire helping them and Ice says that Fire is busy getting the reformed bad guys settled into the Kawatchee caves because they can't stay at the Tease anymore. Rocky complains that Fire is still keeping the bad guys around, even after they caused this mess, but Ice says that Fire is just trying to help them. Even so, Rocky can't help but feel that Fire isn't being a good friend to Ice because she hasn't paid attention to what Ice wants out of life.

At the Kawatchee caves, Fire and Charlie have organized a competition in which the bad guys have to assemble burgers while blindfolded and only using their mouths. The competition is sponsored by Big Belly Burger and the winner will get a cash prize of ten thousand dollars. Lot's Wife was removed from the group and taken to Blackgate. Suddenly, Lobo crashes the place and picks a fight with the reformed villains. He heard that Fire was paying for someone to fight, so he has taken her up on her offer. During the fight, Fire and Lobo seem to have fun with being around each other and share a romantic moment, which is then interrupted when Fire gets a call from Martha, who has invited her and Ice to a brunch for drag queens. Fire reluctantly agrees to come to the brunch, but not before leaving Krypto to keep a eye on the bad guys.

At the Big Tease, Tamarind gets bored of having to look after the whole place by herself, so she invites a friend to come over. She is confronted by Rocky, who wants to know where Ice is and Tamarind replies that she went to the drag brunch with Fire. Frustrated, Rocky takes her leave.

At the party, Martha asks the girls to talk to each other about their feelings and for a while there seems to be peace between them until Rocky arrives. Taking a seat between Fire and Ice, she tells Fire to be more appreciative of Ice, who has only gone along with Fire's crazy schemes because of their friendship. A fight almost breaks out and the girls are told to leave, until they are confroned by an angry crowd of right-wing conservatives led by Miss Congeniality, who had escaped from the Kawatchee caves.

Ice attempts to defuse the situation peacefully but Fire simply punches Miss Congeniality in the face, frustrating Ice, who reminds Fire that she opened up her program to rehabilitate villains. Martha tells the girls to solve their problems and Ice chooses to spend the night at Rocky's home because she needs some space. Fire returns to the Tease and finds Tamarind and Honey, who had also escaped from the caves, kissing. Tamarind says that she asked Honey to come over and asks Fire if Honey can stay with them one night. Fire agrees to let Honey stay and goes to have a date with Lobo, who had been waiting for her outside the Tease.

At the Rhoades' home, Rocky tells that Ice could use some time away from Fire and Charlie says that Fire is a good person. She is just a little stubborn. Rocky also informs Ice and Charlie that she saw Fire hang out with a strange guy with big hair.

Fire and Lobo start making out with each other in the fields of Smallville while a big fire starts to engulf the Tease.
