Synopsis for "Welcome to Smallville, Part 5"

Bea wakes up in the fields of Smallville, believing her night of passion with Lobo was just a dream. When she returns to the Big Tease, she finds it engulfed in flames. She barely saves Tamarind, who finds that Honey left her in the middle of night. Tora rushes out to the Tease and berates Bea, thinking she caused the fire. She is angry that every time she tries to raise her profile, she ends up dragging everyone around her, including Ice, down with her. Even though she wasn't responsble, Bea makes no attempt to defend herself and Ice leaves. Tamarind confronts Fire over what happened, aware that Bea only took responsibility for fire, not because she was protecting Tamarind, but because she felt she deserved to be berated. Fire voices no reply and flies away.

At the Kawatchee caves, the reformed villains wake up and realize that Lobo has stolen all their money and even left a message to taunt them. Frustrated, Linka convinces the gathered bad guys to give up on their attempts to go straight and just rob the town.

The next day, Ice visits Rocky at her diner. Rocky behaves nervously around Ice and can only say that she wants Ice to stay with her and that Ice doesn't need Fire. Noticing that Rocky's customers don't have any food on their tables, Ice pretends to agree with Rocky's words and leaves the diner. As soon as Ice leaves, Rocky causes a horde of plants to grow from the floor.

The bad guys have already started looting Smallville and taking everything they can. Tamarind shares text messages with Honey, angry that she left her in the middle of the night. Honey replies that she isn't in the mood for a relationship, but Tamarind is upset that Honey caused her to lose her job.

Fire, in mood for a drink and a talk with Charlie, makes her way to his bar. Before their conversation can continue, Linka breaks into the bar, attempting to rob it. Fire easily defuses the situation and convinces Linka to share a drink with them. As the conversation progresses, Fire admits that her attraction to Lobo was caused by her own lack of interest in committed relationships, and she easily figures out that Linka isn't even interested in being a supervillain. She only acted like a supervillain because she wanted to get under Gorilla Grodd's skin. She knows that because she is an expert at antagonizing the people she cares about.

Fire returns to the charred remains of the Tease, where Ice attempts to reconcile with her. Ice knows that Fire didn't burn down the Tease and the true culprit is also responsible for making Lot's Wife eat Beefeater. Back in Ice's ancestral lands, there was a monster simply known as "Crave". He had the power to curse his victim with a hunger so deep that nothing could satify it. Ice's own mother fell victim to the hunger and Ice was forced to stake Curve to release her, and now, Ice believes that Crave has come to Smallville for her.

Fire admits that Crave wouldn't have known about Ice if it wasn't for Fire's video and Tamarind believes that Honey was reponsible for the fire that burned down the Tease, but Ice doesn't believe that Honey was responsible. She has mind control powers, so she wouldn't need to burn down a building just to get what she wants. Tamarind also notices that a mask used for decoration is now missing and L-Ron informs the girls that the mask is actually the last remnant of Kooey Kooey Kooey, a living island that was destroyed long ago and is now trying to regenerate itself. Whoever wears the mask will be possessed by the will of Kooey Kooey Kooey and will do whatever it takes to regenerate the island.

A few moments later, Rocky reveals herself to be the mask's wearer and attacks the girls, just when Ice gets a phone call from Martha, who is at the hospital and has meet someone who wants to see Ice again. Crave is in Smallville.
