Synopsis for "Welcome to Smallville, Finale"
Rocky, having put on the mask of Kooey Kooey Kooey, has become one with the will of the island and enslaved almost everyone in Smallville, with only Fire, Ice and their friends standing in her way. Together, they share the dream of rebuilding the island here in Smallville.
Meanwhile, Crave has taken Martha and a group of children as hostage at the Smallville Medical Center and demands that Ice be brought before him. He even infects one of the children with insatiable hunger as insurance policy. A nearby TV shows Superman fighting Metallo, so Martha knows he won't be able to help them. She grabs a scalpel, stabs Crave and takes the children out into the cornfield in an attempt to hide from their aggressor.
Fire, Ice and their friends hide in Charlie's bar and get a call from Martha, who informs them that she is trying to lead Crave to the Tease so the girls can beat him together. Fire and Ice try to come up with a plan to beat Kooey Kooey Kooey and Ice remembers that Honey can use mind control, but Linka reminds them that Honey can only control one person at the time. Rocky, still possessed by the mask, attacks Fire and Ice yet again. Charlie attempts to reason with his sister, but Rocky furiously replies that all this time, she's been busy looking after him while trying to find out who she really is as a person and now that she is merged with the will of the island, she can be part of something bigger than herself.
L-Ron separates Rocky from the mask just as Tamarind runs into Honey, who wants to know why Tamarind hasn't replied to any of her messages. Tamarind asks why did Honey burn down the Tease, only for L-Ron to reply that Tamarind didn't actually do that. According to his security footage, Rocky burned down the salon while she was possessed by the mask as an attempt to cause conflict between Fire and Ice. Tamarind and Honey reconcile just as Crave attacks Fire. Angry, Ice attempts to fight Ice, only for Fire to stop her from doing something she will later regret, while Linka and Honey combine their powers to cure the people of Smallville from Crave's control.
Even without the mask, however, Rocky is still connected to the mind of Kooey Kooey Kooey and attempts to reconstruct her old home here in Smallville, until Fire convinces the island to instead use the old Kawatche caves. The island agrees and releases Rocky, who feels sad that she doesn't have a purpose. Charlie is quick to remind her that she might not have a purpose, but she still has friends. Superman arrives just in time to realize that Fire and Ice saved Smallville without his help. With the crisis over, Fire and Ice finally feel ready for that fresh start they came to Smallville for.
