Synopsis for the 1st Story

In Gamorra, Kaizen Gamorra demands that a genetic experiment on a human test subject move forward despite the dangers so that he may learn the secrets of Gen-Factor. The experiment goes wrong, causing an explosion that kills the test subject and the lead scientist. Undeterred, Kaizen orders his team to repeat the experiment.  In Berkeley, California, student Ethan McCain plays basketball with friends, unaware he is being watched over by operative Maggie Monroe.  At a military base, Henry Bendix speaks triumphantly of the revamped Stormwatch with a group of disgruntled generals while, outside, Stormforce troops move arms and equipment.  On the Moon, scientists from the newly constructed Tranquility Base investigate anomalous energy readings on the lunar surface.  Elsewhere, alien agents report to an impatient Damocles that they have found another parallel Earth for him to target.
