The Fireball Protocols is a weapon designed to defeat Martian Manhunter.
History
Knowing that his operation with BRZK drug was being investigated by John Jones (Martian Manhunter's split alter ego),Kanto sends the Intergang to capture him and use it as a guinea pig. Until was interrupted by Martian Manhunter himself,but this time Kanto was prepared to face him using The Fireball Protocols to incapacitate him.
Capabilities
The Fireball Protocols shoots telepathic fireballs that have an affect on Martian Manhunter's synapses to make him more susceptible to the physical fireballs released by the weapon,basically attacking him both from within and from without.
