Synopsis for "Kiss Not the Lips of Killer Frost!"

Firestorm physically threatens Cliff Carmichael, Ronnie Raymond's school enemy, for bad mouthing him. Professor Stein is invited to Mohole 1 Research Station, the geothermal energy project in the Arctic, at the recommendation of his former student from Hudson University, Crystal Frost, who is a scientist there. Frost, a beautiful but socially isolated and insecure woman, is resentful that, despite her brilliance, she is not treated as an equal by the male scientists at the project. She has been secretly in love for years with the oblivious Stein. After Stein rejects Frost's romantic advances, she is accidentally locked inside of the Thermafrost, a super-efficient cooling system Frost herself had designed. Frost is transformed into the frozen villain Killer Frost and her already fragile mental state degenerates into madness. The crazed Killer Frost, desiring to punish men for how they treated her, freezes the scientists and soldiers in the project and targets Stein for her revenge. Ronnie is simultaneously playing in a high school basketball game when he feels the freezing threat to Stein. He prompts the transformation into Firestorm and appears in the place of Stein, in Killer Frost's embrace. While battling Killer Frost, they determine that she requires heat and would be helpless without it. They turn a room into a refrigeration unit, trapping Killer Frost and immobilizing her.
