Flamingo

Eduardo Flamingo, sometimes known mononymously as Flamingo or the Eater of Faces, is a world-famous serial killer assassin known for his cannibalistic tendencies towards his victims. Originally a morally strong crusader against organized crime, he was captured by them and forced into brain surgery that altered his personality to make him dangerously psychotic.

Eduardo Flamingo was created by Grant Morrison and Andy Kubert, first appearing in Batman #666 (2007).
