Synopsis for The Flash: "Haunted Halloween"
Some gangsters are adrift after the Flash sends the Brain, the mastermind of their operation, up the river. After narrowly escaping incarceration by the streak themselves in a botched bank robbery, the gang show just how lost they are without guidance by mistaking the three dimwits for the real Captain Kidd, Jesse James, and Dick Turpin, and asking these "legendary criminals" to lead them. The dimwits live up to their name by thinking it's all a gag and inviting the mobsters along to a Halloween party. Jay recognizes them as the crooks he tangled with earlier, and messes with them at the Halloween games using his speed. Soon the Brain shows up at the party, having slipped jail, and looking to reclaim his mob. This just lets the Flash take in the whole gang at the same time.

Synopsis for Hawkman: "A Volcano Vendetta"
Hawkman and Hawkgirl discovers the Fire-People, remnants of the Atlanteans, living in a volcanic island. The Water-Folk are their rivals, and there is a legend in both tribes about a winged-man who would lead them and conquer their worst enemies. Deciding to prove themselves worthy of the winged-man's favor, both tribes attack each other, but Hawkman fakes an earthquake to scare them with his supposed divine wrath. He commands them to live in each other's spaces, and the Fire People hate living next to a cold sea while the Water People hate living in dry, hot caves. Realizing they don't really want each other's territory after all, the two tribes follow Hawkman's advice to return to their homes and enrich themselves by sharing their knowledge and resources instead.
