Synopsis for Hawkman: "The Cloak of Cagliostro"

A destitute man spends the last of his worldly wealth on a cloak to keep him warm on the cold nights coming, not knowing the seller was eager to get rid of the cursed garment at any price. It makes him want to commit robbery and evil, and to disappear when confronted by Hawkman, the winged warrior having been warned by birds who detected the evil power of the cloak. When next they meet, Hawkman manages to yank off the cloak and shove it into an incinerator, ending its evil influence.
