Notes
- This story confirms that Eobard Thawne has become once again a living paradox despite Barry Allen having reset his timeline at the end of The Flash #762. This is probably another consequence of the rebirth of Creation.
- After becoming aware of Thawne's return, Barry Allen mentions wanting to call the Justice League against Eobard Thawne. However, this is eventually revealed to be a continuity error as the League is disbanded in the aftermath of the Dark Crisis[1] which takes place shortly before these events.[2]
Trivia
- Bruce Wayne mentions having shielded the Batcave against evil speedsters' attacks, including Thawne's, which is a reference to the events of Batman (Volume 3) #21 where Eobard Thawne infiltrated the Batcave and almost killed the Caped Crusader.
- Flashpoint Queen is killed by Freedom Beast who blamed Queen for the deaths of his own daughter and lover. This is a reference to the events of Flashpoint: Green Arrow Industries #1.
