History

In 1950, Fordnoy was a bankrupt nation with ruined credit. One international criminal, the terrorist Spectra, had a big stash of hard assets: gold and gems especially, and she planned to buy up all of Fordnoy's government debt, and thus effectively take over that nation, thereby becoming a player in world politics. But the Blackhawks busted her and her gang before she could carry out this plan.
