Frances Kane is an old friend of Flash (Wally West), but also an enemy named Magenta.

History

Frances was the victim of Abra Kadabra's machinations, forgetting her past history with Wally. She had no memory of him when he approached her with questions, but their proximity caused her to suddenly and violently remember. She briefly fought him as Magenta, but Flash was able to subdue her and the two made peace recollecting their memories together.
