Franklin Stern was briefly the editor-in-chief of the Daily Planet.

History

He became acting editor-in-chief in the spring 0f 2010, a position he hoped to make permanent.

In the position of editor-in-chief, Stern fired both Lois Lane and Clark Kent. A decision he later went back on, after being convinced by Perry White to re-hire them. By 2013, Stern had been replaced by Perry as the newspaper's editor-in-chief.
