Frederic Vaux was an evil sorcerer who attempted to remove the memory of all superheroes on Earth-Two.

History

As part of his schemes, he gave escaped convict Bill Jensen the pyrokinetic powers he used to kill Batman. A servant of the Lords of Chaos, he planned to sacrifice six JSAers in order to cast a ritual; This ritual would erase all memories and physical evidences about superheroes in the humanity, thus Chaos and Order could struggle without interruptions, with eventual Chaos victory. Vaux was tracked down and defeated by the Justice Society of America.
